Outerknown was the first brand to pursue Fair Labor Association accreditation before selling a single product, and workers across their supply chain receive Fair Trade Premium that funds healthcare, housing, and scholarships. The denim itself comes from a fourth-generation Italian mill that has been recycling 100% of its cotton waste since 1976 and sits inside a protected nature reserve.
